Christopher Quinn

Christopher Quinn is Chief Executive Officer of The Quinn Group and manages the sourcing, acquisition, financing, funding and disposition of company assets, in additional to overseeing the company’s investor relations and corporate affairs.

Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Mr. Quinn worked various roles in finance, consulting and demand generation.

Mr. Quinn is an alumnus of the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business at the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied both Economics with a concentration in Finance at The Wharton School, as well as International Studies with a concentration in Hispanic Studies from the College of Arts and Sciences. He is a fluent Spanish speaker.

Outside of work, Mr. Quinn, alongside his brother and business partner, is passionate about improving food access to low income communities. They both volunteer with Fresh Truck, a Boston-based non-profit that operates mobile food markets and brings fresh produce and groceries to underserved communities and food deserts across the city.

Edward Quinn

Edward Quinn is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Asset Management for The Quinn Group, where he oversees the management and operations of the company’s real estate assets.

Mr. Quinn is responsible for executing the value-add components of the company’s investments, including all construction management and capital improvements. He also helps lead the company’s community outreach efforts and ensures that its investments generate both positive returns for investors and positive results for the community.

Prior to his career in real estate investing, Mr. Quinn worked in fine dining and hospitality management and attended Hofstra University. He is hyper-focused on customer satisfaction and driving value for tenants and investors alike.

Mr. Quinn also has a background in brokerage and is passionate about empowering first-time investors to transform their lives and obtain financial freedom through real estate.
